Refund
Our online policy lasts 15 days from the purchase date. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not offer refunds for customers who return orders repeatedly or consistently also known as "wardrobing". If we suspect this, we respectfully decline your future orders.
To be eligible for a return, items must be non-used, in new condition with tags on the product to qualify. We will not process refunds for products with animal hair, stains, marks, fragrance, tears, or any sign of wear. These items will be returned to you at your expense or recycled.
Our in-store return policy only lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchange
We offer (1) exchange per order "You can exchange the entire order or a single item but, this can only be provided (1) Time per order. We offer this option for an order that is returned for a different size, color, or product within 15 days of purchase. Items must be non-used, in new condition with tags on the product to qualify. We will not accept exchanges for products with animal hair, stains, marks, fragrance, tears, or any sign of wear. These items will be returned to you at your expense or recycled. We appreciate your understanding. We process exchanges free of charge and mail the new item(s) to you after processing has taken place.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, torn or has any problems from a manufacturing defect contact us within 7 days of receiving the item in order that we can assist in provide a solution. If you wait beyond 7 days and notify us at a later time we will be unable to replace, refund, or provide any credit for the item.
Submit A Return
If you wish to return any full priced items for an exchange or return, you can do so by clicking here. Please ensure you meet all of the returns policy requirements before initiating a return. Returns that do not meet our returns policy requirements may be denied.
Modern Abayati reserves the right to deny an exchange, store credit or refund if the garment does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer.
We do not provide shipping labels for returns and exchanges; you are responsible for sending the item back to us using your chosen postal service (USPS, UPS, FedEx). We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held liable for lost parcels during transit. If your return request is approved, please ship the items back within 2 business days. Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 14 business days and send you a confirmation email regarding your refund.
Items purchased during any sales such as Hijab Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Eid Sales, Clearance Events or any applicable sales are non-returnable and considered final sale. Any items marked Final Sale will not be approved for returns. We do not offer price match adjustments, returns, credits or exchanges for items that went on sale after your purchase date.
